DIRECTIONS FOR USE
To mix a regular bottle, providing 250 calories:

Add 1 serving (1 scoop, 62.4 g) of Rehab 3:1 Complete VEGAN™ to 7 oz (207ml) of ice cold water and shake for approx. 20 seconds.

For a 500 calorie bottle,:

Add 2 servings (2 scoops, 125g) of Rehab 3:1 Complete VEGAN™ to 12-14oz (350-410 ml) of ice cold water and shake for approx. 20 seconds.
