DIRECTIONS FOR USE
To mix a regular bottle, providing 250 calories:

Add 1 serving (1 scoop, 62.4 g) of Rehab 3:1 Complete™ to 7 oz (207ml) of ice cold water and shake for approx. 20 seconds.

For a 500 calorie bottle,:

Add 2 servings (2 scoops, 125g) of Rehab 3:1 Complete™ to 12-14oz (350-410 ml) of ice cold water and shake for approx. 20 seconds.

Rehab 3:1 Complete™ is best used within 20 min of completing your workouts, long training sessions or on race day. Taken during recovery ensures adequate carbohydrate and protein is delivered to sustain energy and improve performance the next day.
